Dr. Watson has been faithfully serving alongside her husband, Pastor A. L. Watson, as the First Lady at The First Baptist Church of Taylor, Texas for 28 years. In 2023 God called her to start the REVIVE Women’s Conference as a space for anyone looking to connect with God on a deeper level and build community. Though this is the conferences fourth annual meeting it is her second time speaking at the event. We look forward to her blessing us as our keynote speaker this year. First Lady is the very proud wife of Dr. A.L. Watson, Sr. for 36 years. She is also blessed to be the mother of their three children; Briana, Anthony, Jr., and Michaela; and the “Grammy” of their two grandsons Levi and Elias. Dr. Watson rests in the assurance that “God is with her, she will not fail”. Psalm 46:5 NIV.

Nycia Emerson is an interior designer, stylist, faith author, speaker, and entrepreneur known for blending creativity, faith, and women’s empowerment. She is the founder of She Inspires, a community and ministry focused on encouraging women through events, conferences, brunch gatherings, and inspirational content.  

She has written faith-based books and devotionals currently available on Amazon, and often shares themes of resilience, creativity, faith, and authentic living in interviews and podcasts.  She lives in the Austin/Round Rock, Texas area with her husband and two boys. 

Sis Erma Johnson is a resident of Austin and a 30 plus years retiree from the U.S. Treasury. After retiring from her supervisory position, she began volunteering at the St. David’s hospital in Austin, Texas in the ICU department. During her 15 years at St. David’s hospital, she sat on the Scholarship Committee, the gift shop, and volunteered during the annual holiday pie sale – funds collected provide scholarships for deserving college students entering the medical field. During her tenure at the hospital, she was awarded the Frist Service Award for volunteers. She is a member of the Macedonia Baptist church in Georgetown, Texas where her husband, the Rev. Dr. Jimmy Johnson, Sr., has been pastor for over 25 years. Under his leadership, she had the privilege of serving as a Sunday school teacher for the adult women, Secretary of the Senior Mission. She is a member of the Trustees board, Usher Emeritus where she now serves as treasurer, and the Chairperson of the Scholarship Committee. She serves as Vice President of the Women’s Department in the LaGrange Baptist District Association and Treasurer of the Women’s Department of the Baptist Missionary and Education (B.M.E) state convention. She and Pastor Johnson have been married for 57 years. They have three adult children: Cassandra, Jimmy Jr., and Shaniqua and one grandson: Joshua. She has a compassion for caring for the elderly and visiting nursing facilities. She loves great movies, talking with people, spending time with her family. She has a big heart and believes strongly in community involvement and giving back. Most importantly, she has a zeal for sharing the word of God.
